I am with you wherever you go. I see the needs and I hold all of them gently in the palms of My hands. You can be in a calm place today; take advantage of that. Relax and be patient. There are no worries I am not already addressing for you. There will be time for all you want. For now, it may be a time of simplicity. Doing without means leaning on Me. Isn’t that great? You can trust My Might and My Presence.

I know you wrestle with your feelings around accomplishments and disappointments, dealing with timing when others cannot join you in what you envision. I am not disappointed in you. I long to cradle you in My arms. I know the road feels hard and is long sometimes, but I need you to know I am watching over you in low times. I see your burdens. Others have burdens, too, and they take them out on you sometimes. It’s true. But try to lift them up – yours and theirs. It will help. I am not finished with you and it hasn’t gotten to the good part yet. Look for little surprises that provide you with joy, fun, and laughter. These will get you by.

You can be fragile at times, feeling on the brink of sadness, anxiety, and even despair. This I say with all My heart: do not worry! I am with you and for you, ready to help make things happen in a way that fully supplies for your every need emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Avoid striving for perfection and see how embracing a flawed life can bring peace and ease. I love you exactly as you are, and others do, too. Cling to these truths when you feel yourself near the brink, and find that you can easily move away from any danger of falling apart.

Today is a good day to focus on just one thing at a time. Each person you greet or interact with needs your undivided attention. I place people and tasks in your path for reasons beyond your knowing, but My hand is always at work. Approach each task with a sense of calm receptivity. Push back and resist when your multitasking brain tries to distract you from what truly needs your attention in the present. Remind yourself that you can choose a life with ease when you trust My Divine plan for you instead of taking on too much at one time. God’s got this.

I am with you on both sunny days and when the clouds seem to be hovering low, weighing down on your thoughts and pressing your Spirit with anxiety shrouding the joy. Come to Me and find that I help ride out the weather. These dark times will pass. They always do. Soon you will see Light and Goodness again. Nothing is insurmountable and your joy will rise once again before you know it.

I know when your spirit feels dry. I see your weariness. My well never runs dry for you, though. Ask and you shall receive. I am with you even now, holding your hand. I speak to you all the time: words of comfort and reassurance. You are good. Others see it and I see it, but you do not always perceive this as an inherent truth. If only you would allow yourself to see things as I do. You would then view the day and know it will be a “good” day and your presence is important to Me and to others in it. I have sent all sorts of friends and people who love you and care about you. Look for it and find Me with you in and through all I surround you with today.

You are not unfaithful. Your trust in Me will pay off – I promise you that. When you are weary, frightened, or overwhelmed, return to Me. I will share the burden and lighten the load. Remember that the results of your work are up to Me, not you. Maybe that’ll help. Include Me in the equation of your expectations. Rely on Me to give My fair share to what you produce each week. You don’t have to live in reactionary mode all the time. Your internal sense of urgency to quickly respond to every email, text, and thought needs to be kept in check by consciously pressing a pause button and checking in with Me first. The more you practice this, the easier life will get. I want to guide and help you live a life of greater ease. Not every matter is urgent. Some things can wait. Let’s make today’s train move more slowly, taking in the sights as you release undue pressure to hurry.
